Day 1: Arrival & Winter Acclimatization

Day 2: Frozen Kachura Lakes
Visit the partially or fully frozen Upper and Lower Kachura Lakes. Experience ice-skating or walking on the frozen surface (if safe).
Day 3: Shigar Valley in Snow
Drive to Shigar. The valley turns into a winter wonderland. Visit Shigar Fort and the snow-dusted Sarfaranga Desert.
Day 4: Manthoka Waterfall
Drive to Kharmang Valley to witness the completely frozen Manthoka Waterfall, a stunning 100ft ice column.
Day 5: Skardu Bazaar & Organic Village
Explore the local Skardu bazaar for winter crafts and dry fruits. Short walk to the traditional Organic Village.
Day 6: Departure
Transfer to Skardu Airport for your flight back to Islamabad.
